2017 Popcorn Sale

This fall’s popcorn sale looks to be the best ever from Trail’s End and Northern Star Council.

The Fall Popcorn sale is the premier fundraiser for local Scouting. Delicious Trails' End Popcorn helps our Scouts go to camp while keeping our Scouting program strong. 73% of every dollar raised during the sale goes back to help Scouting. Our Popcorn comes in a variety of flavors and makes for a great Scouty snack.

The 2017 Popcorn sale starts on September 23 and concludes on October 25.

For Scouts

Packs, Troops and Crews across Northern Star Council fund their programs through the Fall Popcorn sale. We provide training, great prizes, and a commitment to customer service above and beyond any other fundraising options. Popcorn is also the only fundraiser that helps fund council-level Scout projects like camp improvements, roundtable materials and leader training.

There are two phases to the Fall Popcorn sale: Show & Deliver and Take Order. Most units do both, but some just do one or the other. The Show & Deliver sale gives Scouts popcorn (at no up front cost) to take door-to-door and sell directly to their friends and neighbors. The Take Order phase uses order sheets that are then turned in.

Getting Started

Units sign up to sell popcorn the Summer before the sale starts. Each local unit has a "Popcorn Kernel" who coordinates the local sale. Popcorn trainings are held in the late summer. For additional information, or to sign up to sell, visit the popcorn website
