Trainer's Edge is a day-long course designed to introduce Scouting trainers to teaching techniques and skills. After finishing, participants will be able to:
- Understand the principles of how people learn
- Understand instruction methods used by the BSA
- Practice BSA training techniques
Who Should attend?
All Scouts and Scouters that may need to train others. This includes scoutmasters, cubmasters, district and council training committee members, Grey Wolf
staff, youth and adults, Wood Badge staff, University of Scouting
facilitators, and others.
