Represent Your Chapter and Serve Your Lodge

What is the Lodge Executive Committee and who should attend this meeting? The Lodge Executive Committee meeting or LEC is a monthly meeting run by the Lodge Chief and Lodge Vice Chiefs to conduct the Lodge 's business and operations. This meeting is run by youth Arrowmen for youth Arrowmen. Each Chapter is encouraged to send a representative, typically the in the form of the Chapter's Chief or Vice Chief.

Get Involved

Have an interest in supporting or attending the LEC? The first step toward involvement in the Order of the Arrow is at the Chapter-level. Interested youth should contact and work with their Chapter Chief and Adult Chapter Adviser to see what needs their Chapter currently has, and how they can help support their Chapter and the wider Order of the Arrow community.
