Beautiful Views

We are also close to the Cannon River which Troops use for canoeing Phillippo has 7 miles of hiking trails and our backpack area is used by lots of troops preparing for Philmont. We have three big open fields, the Polar Cub field, the upper level field, and the athletic fields. They're often used by districts for Camporees, OA events, or a place for troops and packs to launch rockets.

Phillippo offers a lot of opportunities for troops, packs, and Crews to do while they are here from using one of our many ranges, which include two archery ranges well stocked, two action archery ranges, one walk through 3d field range for Troops and Ventures, one BB Gun Range, one Rifle/Muzzle loader/BB range, and the Shotgun Range, we also have two Gaga ball rings, a bouldering wall that is enclosed so it can be used most weekends, a 34f foot climbing tower, a GPS course, along with orienteering courses, in the winter we have lots of snowshoes available and after Polar Cubs troops can use the lighted tubing hill. While you're here we recommend you visit Friendship Point to admire the views.

So get your Troop signed up now for a weekend of fun yet this winter or spring!
